Breed Restrictions
Brachycephalic Breeds:
- We do not perform surgeries for brachycephalic breeds (English/French Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Boxers, Pugs, and other short-nosed breeds) Due to increased anesthetic risk.
Doberman Pinscher Breed:
- We do not perform surgeries for Doberman Pinschers due to possible genetic bleeding disorders.

Appointment Booking Process:
- Appointments can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis via our online check-in form
- We will take same-day appointments if available (first-come, first-serve basis)
- Payment in full is due at the time of drop off – no exceptions!
Cancellation Policy:
- There is a $25 cancellation/no-show fee.

- All Cats must arrive in a cat carrier, or you will need to purchase one from us ($8)
Additional Services
- Rabies Vaccination Service: All owners are required to add the one-year rabies vaccine service ($35) when booking online unless a current rabies vaccination certificate is provided.
- Be sure to bring your vaccination certificate with you at the time of drop off
- Pre-operative bloodwork and microchipping are available for an additional fee

Cats:
- Pick up time for cats is 3:00pm
We cannot keep your pet overnight. We have to leave the building at 3:30pm – there will be a late fee charge of $1/minute after 3:30pm

Eligibility Criteria

All cats must be in a carrier or you will need to purchase a carrier from us ($8).
We do not perform surgery on feral cats or ear tipping at this time.
Preexisting Conditions and Other Disclosures
- It is the owner’s responsibility to disclose any preexisting conditions their animal has before booking the appointment.
- Owners must disclose if their pet has been bitten or has bitten another animal or person within the 10 days leading up to surgery. In such cases, the surgery must be rescheduled.
- While measures are taken to minimize exposure to airborne pathogens, animals may still be exposed to airborne diseases.
- The responsibility for any care or treatment for non-vaccinated animals experiencing symptoms not related to the surgical procedure falls on the consenting owner.

- Neuter: $125, Spay: $175
- Pre-operative Bloodwork (optional): $105
Additional Surgery Fees (only if applicable):
- +$7 for mandatory treating of live fleas with Capstar
- +$25 for Female Pregnant / In Heat / Irregular Uterus at time of surgery
- +$50 for Cryptorchid Male (one testicle not descended)
