I came home and my little doggie had blood in and around her eye…I was very scared and her vet was closed. I found Animal Urgent Care and the person that answered was very comforting, the nurse that welcomed us was welcoming, comforting, and very nice and gentle with my doggie. Finally the doctor was patient and gentle. They took very good care of my Lexi and was very understanding to how scared and nervous me and my Lexi was. They treated my fur baby as if we’d been there before. Thank you so much for the amazing care you gave my baby.
Very patient. Informative and helpful. Brought my Lilly in and they took care of my baby. Told me what needed to be done before doing anything and took great care of her. Didn’t make me feel like a bad owner because of what I was doing wrong. The prices for everything was VERY REASONABLE. Thank you so much.
I work at one of the local vets and it was closed when my furbaby’s eye needed to be removed…Dr Lazzara and her staff were amazing, I left him there and picked him up 2 hours later pain free and comfy for the first time in 8 days. No He is back to his happy self and will make the perfect pirate for Halloween this year! Thank you AEC
My fiancé and I had an urgency (not quite an emergency, but we weren’t 100% positive) with one of our cats, he broke his little toe nail, we got in and were seen right away. Overall, extremely pleased with the services and the cost! We are so grateful and thankful! Better than waiting until the next day to try and get in with our regular vet. 10/10
Every one who works there is wonderful. They really care about my cat. He has been there a few different times. They take the time to explain everything to you and they are also so kind to my cat. I highly recommend them if you have an emergency.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff, here! The facility was very clean, secure, and reasonably priced. We were given very helpful advice on treating our cat’s condition! We will definitely be returning for future immediate care!
We absolutely love this place. Honestly, I wish they were full time!! They are always upfront with their prices & options. We have ended up here quite a few times on weekends when the regular vet was closed. I expected cost to be higher than usual, but they are always still very reasonable. We get in and out quick with such good care and explanations. A true treasure to the neighborhood!
Our pup decided to a punk and eat the remnants of his little brothers stuffed animal so off to Animal Urgent Care we go.
Once we got there we were buzzed in and met by the staff in the hallway. She said we’d get a weight first and after looking around seeing no scale she walked us to the scale in the floor. Genius. To the room we go, a history and our info was taken, the tech went talked to the doc, came back with a cost of service, and then off with our pup where she went.
The toy was retrieved and the tech came back in with our pup, we paid and off we went.
I waited in line longer at the deli, then this whole process lasted start to finish.
The staff was great, the prices were reasonable, the facility was clean, and they are open after hours.
Great experience would highly recommend!
My boy Lincoln had been limping on and off since February and his vet back in AZ couldn’t find anything but told me to watch it and if it gets worse, get tested for Lyme and get x-rays. Well we now RV travel full time and we needed to get him checked because his limp is now constant. ANIMAL URGENT CARE IS TOP KNOTCH! SUPER THOROUGH. We looked at every angle, tested for Lyme and tried everything to see if we could get it to present in passive movement. It was reasonably priced to get peace of mind that my pup is AMAZINGLY healthy and more than likely has inflammation from his food, environment or weakened immune system in general, which is common in silver Labs. THANK YOU for such an outstanding examination when we are so far away from home.

Our pup had some concerning symptoms so we needed to see a vet fast. The staff at Animal Urgent Care was very warm and reassuring both to us and our pet. There was hardly any wait to get seen which was wonderful. We appreciate that this location was open on a Saturday night. Highly recommend their services.
No one ever wants to have to visit an animal urgent care. When circumstances arise, it is so wonderful to have them as an option. My dog ripped her toenail off Sunday night. That is not something that I wanted to wait until my vet was open, so off to Animal Urgent Care we went. We were promptly seen and the diagnosis was immediate. In and out in roughly 30 minutes. The tech was very polite and caring. The cost was an absolute shock. I was expecting to pay a fortune but in reality it was extremely affordable given the situation. I hope I never have to come here again, but if I have to I will know that my dog will get quality care.
